We want to make sure you have a positive experience when ordering with us. We are committed to providing a satisfactory resolution when your expectations have not been met.

  • As soon as the item is received and deemed to be in the original condition as was received by you, we will issue a full refund to the account that was used to make the original order.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, firstly we apologise for the inconvenience. Secondly we will refund the original price paid for the product including delivery, and the postage cost to return the item.

  • If you have any further queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us at we’d be happy to help!

  • We strongly recommend the use of registered postage methods as we cannot refund on items that we do not receive.

Terms and conditions

  • Orders must be returned within 21 days from the date it was first received.

  • Orders must be returned in the same condition you received them in.

  • Items must not be discoloured, worn, washed or have any distinct odours, or unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund.

  • The original delivery fee will be included in your refund. Currently we do not cover the delivery fee for returning the item, this is the responsibility of the sender.

  • Once approved we will email you with verification that your refund has been issued.

  • Depending on account provider, your refund should be received within 10 working days.

  • Refunds are only applicable to purchases made on our website.
