Firstly, thank you for choosing to purchase from our small business. We are sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) you received. We want to make sure you have a positive experience when ordering with us. We are committed to providing a satisfactory resolution when your expectations have not been met.
To claim a refund, please follow the steps below

Please print and fill in the returns form and enclose with the item to:

As soon as the item is received and deemed to be in the original condition as was received by you, we will issue a full refund to the account that was used to make the original order.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, firstly we apologise for the inconvenience. Secondly we will refund the original price paid for the product including delivery, and the postage cost to return the item.

We strongly recommend the use of registered postage methods as we cannot refund on items that we do not receive.
Terms and conditions

Orders must be returned within 21 days from the date it was first received.

Orders must be returned in the same condition you received them in.

Items must not be discoloured, worn, washed or have any distinct odours, or unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund.

The original delivery fee will be included in your refund. Currently we do not cover the delivery fee for returning the item, this is the responsibility of the sender.

Once approved we will email you with verification that your refund has been issued.

Depending on account provider, your refund should be received within 10 working days.
